Url.ie , It’s a new Site that allows service to truncate URL or make a Url smaller…

Doesn’t sound new? Ofcoz not a great news. There are many services like this one, for example tinyurl.com.

But yes, there is one simple difference that it’s “url.ie” has a bit smaller URL Size..

For example, I tried out techstuff link.

1. URL.ie : http://url.ie/cit
2. TinyURL.com : http://tinyurl.com/3ej9dm

So, Url.ie Gives a smaller & cool url.. Theorm (Proved) hahaha…

In there words, “Generate a short URL for your unsightly long one, and share that URL with others, who get automatically forwarded to your original URL, with no temporary redirect pages / ads / popups / cookies.”

It provides you a temporary email Id for temporary use. Sounds nice na!

Chilirec.com , Is someone who is gonna record your favorite radio channel for you to listen later.

Currently is supports some of the radio channels and you can get list of supported radio channels on chilirec.com, It’s flash based interface is really cool but you need to wait around 3 minutes to get it loaded!
You can listen them all but aha, You can’t download it. Hmmmm, as it’s in beta stage may be in future it will allow you to download them too.

Some Problems of copyright may arise with this cool site But the site clearly says “Chilirec is a recording device intended for recording of radio stations. It is for personal use only. File sharing or distribution of recorded material is prohibited .”
